Coming from the south off of 965 the road currently ends in water with a sand bar. Fisherman use this area to launch their fishing boats when the water is high enough. When the water is low, usability is limited due to concern of getting stuck in the sandy bottom. Residents in the area would like to have a concrete boat ramp put in to help make the area more usable. The Friends of Coralville Lake is raising money to help support this ramp.
